I'm a fourth generation native Coloradan. So I'm blessed to have most of my family close by (really happy that the grand kids are just a few minutes away). My octogenarian parents live very close and are in really great health. So spending time with them is a great joy. I'm a nature geek who loves birds, animals, plants and just being outside. Which is probably why I love to work in the garden, sit by the river, hike when I can and ride or just spend time with my horse.
I'm a nerdy, life long learner who loves to read and learn more about people, places, things, history and the nature of God.
I am a follower of Christ. My relationship with the Lord is the most important thing in my life. He has sustained me through very difficult times and brought great joy to me during happy times. He is my teacher, my friend and most important of all my Savior. All I know is this... without Him, I can do nothing.
